            I'm experienced with a proven track recorded of marketing and selling REO properties for several national banks, assest management companies, government agencies, etc..  I provide quick turn around times. I submit BPO’s via websites, email, or fax in a timely manner, 24 hours or less if required.  I am very familiar with corporate procedures from verifying occupancy, cash for keys, BPO’s, evictions, trash-out, re-keying, and repairs.  When required I will have utilities put in my name and pay contractors.  As soon as the property is ready to market I will put it in the MLS, put up a sign, put a lock box on, and follow any other client specific procedures.  I will market aggressively through internet advertising, print media advertising, direct marketing, open houses, etc.

             The areas I cover include the following counties in Pennsylvania: Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, Philadelphia, Schuylkill, and other areas on request.
